 Voor
mij de revelatie van ons bezoek aan Bourgogne.
Eerst hadden we een aantal grote huizen bezocht die
enorm tegenvielen door hun houtgedomineerde.wijnen.
 Bij
Parigot echter geen harde wijnen maar klassieke ronde
en fluwelen bourgognes.
Enorm potentieel, van Hautes Côtes de Beaune
tot en met Pommard 1°cru. Grote Bourgogne voor een
aantrekkelijke prijs.
2002
is zeer geslaagd in Burgogne. Zo ook bij Parigot. Hij
behaalde in de Guide Hachette 2005 volgende vermeldingen
: Beaune Grèves *, Hts Côtes de Beaune
Clos de la Perrière ***, Pommard Les Vignots**,Savigny
Les Beaune ***.
